Using in-season and fresh ingredients is important. Each season, Chef Don creates new menus that ensure no meal is boring. Upon booking, Chef Don will reach out and provide his current seasonal menu offerings to choose from.

From Easter to Christmas and everything in between, you’re covered. Custom options are welcome as well. Chef Don will work one on one with you to craft a unique dining experience unlike any other.
